Can I tan at either location? 
Yes, accounts are valid at all Hawaiian Tan locations

Am I able to share my tanning account?
No, each client is required to have their own account with their own history

Can I share my tanning package?
Clients are welcome to share point packages with as many other clients as they wish.  Clients are not able to share any unlimited tanning (memberships)

Do I have to make an appointment?
UV tanning appointments are not required; however, we do require and appointment for spray tan sessions

Does my tanning expire?
Tanning points will expire 2 years after the date of purchase

How old do I have to be to tan?
In the state of Minnesota the law requires anyone who is UV tanning to be 18 years or age or older

Can people under 18 tans if a parent is with them?
No, unfortunately the law states that individuals need to be 18 years of age

Is the spray tan a booth, or is it a person?
We have trained technicians that offer the spray tanning service

Why is tax so much?
The tanning tax is a 10% federal excise tax that the U.S. government requires tanning providers to collect on indoor tanning services.  This tax is in addition to the regular Minnesota sales tax.

How can I make sure my lotion doesn’t go bad fast?
It is best to avoid keeping your lotions in your car at anytime during the year.  It is not good for any product to heat up or freeze since it will cause the ingredients to separate.

Can I bring my toddler in the tanning room with me?
No more than 1 person per room no matter how old. 

Are the single sessions on Sundays still discounted if I already have a membership and want to upgrade?
Single membership session upgrades are 50% off on Sundays!
